Janet Jackson Says Man Behind 'Wardrobe Malfunction' a 'Creative Genius'
 It seems the world will never forget the Super Bowl of 2004, when Justin Timberlake infamously ripped open Janet Jackson's top to bare a breast. But while the songstress would prefer to put that performance behind her, she still considers the designer of the wardrobe disaster a great "love" in her life. At the star-studded opening of his very first Los Angeles store on Tuesday evening, British designer Alexander McQueen quietly confirmed that he was the creative mind behind that tight black get-up worn by Miss Janet ... but it wasn't easy to get Jackson to admit as much. "Oh, I think ... yes, yes, it was him," she eventually stuttered, her face swept over by an embarrassed smile. "I thought maybe only half of the outfit was, but I guess he did all of it." Yet Jackson doesn't seem to hold any hard feelings toward McQueen for not using, er, "stronger" material on the garment. She even stopped by the unopened store earlier in the day just to be dressed in his designs for the party. "I don't blame him; he didn't rip it," she added. "Alexander is so great at what he does — he's a genius. I've loved him for a long time, ever since I saw one of his very first shows 10 years ago in London, which is where we first met." |

Clay Aiken's iPhone Walk and Talk  American Idol runner-up Clay Aiken chats on his Apple iPhone as he strolls along Montana Ave in Brentwood, Los Angeles on Wednesday. Clay looked summery in his linen blazer and leather sandals as he went to have lunch with friends at Louise’s. His latest album, On My Way Here debuted this week at #4 with 94,071 units sold this week. Clay’s previous album, A Thousand Different Ways, started at No. 2 in 2006, with the much larger sales of 211,000. Clay has said On My Way Here represents the last five years of his life, but that he didn’t write any of the material. He said he’s “not great” at songwriting and that he’d rather “let the people who are experts in that field do what they do, and I’ll do what I do.”

KATIE Holmes and Tom Cruise have been urged to seek medical attentio amid fears they may have been infected by deadly asbestos. The pair were partying with fellow Scientologist John Travolta on the Church Of Scientology cruise ship - which was later discovered to have dangerous levels of blue asbestos. Toxicologist Dr. Chris Coggins says: "This is the most dangerous type of asbestos because the fibres are smaller than the white asbestos and can penetrate the lung more easily. "Once diagnosed with mesothelioma, the victim has six months to a year to live. It gradually reduces lung function until the victim is no longer able to breathe and dies." If inhaled, asbestos particles can cause a deadly lung cancer called mesothelioma. The Church of Scientology cruise ship is often used to host birthday parties and events but is said to be undergoing tests for safety following the discovery of asbestos in its panelling.
